Adult & Pediatric First Aid / CPR / AED

Parents, teachers, coaches, camp counselors, office safety leads

The full course. CPR and AED for adults, children, and infants, plus the first aid you actually use.

This is the class most people need and the one we teach the most. You spend the majority of the four hours on the floor with a manikin, not watching slides. We stop when someone's compressions are shallow and we fix it right there.

What's included

  • Adult, child & infant CPR
  • AED use on a real trainer unit
  • Choking response
  • Bleeding, burns, breaks, allergic reactions
  • Digital certification card, same day

Babysitter's Training

Middle and high school students starting to sit for neighbors

Pediatric first aid, CPR, and the judgment calls a new sitter actually faces.

Half of this class is skills and half is confidence. We run scenarios — the toddler who won't stop crying, the scraped knee, the parent who's an hour late — because that's what the first few jobs are really like.

What's included

  • Pediatric CPR & AED
  • Choking response for children and infants
  • Basic first aid
  • Diapering, feeding, bedtime, and safety checks
  • How to talk to parents and set a rate

Add-ons & skill boosts

Short sessions, usually tacked onto the end of a certification class. Priced per group — ask when you book.

Naloxone / opioid overdose response

Recognize an overdose, call it in, administer naloxone. 45 minutes, often added to a CPR class.

EpiPen administration

Spot anaphylaxis and use an auto-injector without hesitating. Popular with camps and schools.

Choking-only session

Focused adult, child, and infant choking practice for restaurant and childcare staff.

First aid skills refresher

Extra scenario practice for people who hold a card but haven't used it.
